Victoria House Auctions (VHA) conducts auctions every second Sunday at our rooms at 11 Union Road Wandin. Auctions commence at 12 noon. To find the date of our next auction please go to the Auctions & Catalogues page.

You can see a list of items along with a selection of pictures for the next auction by going to the Auctions & Catalogues page. The full catalogue is usually available late on Friday afternoon prior to the Sunday auction. You can view the auction items in our rooms between 9am and 5pm on the Saturday of the auction weekend as well as on the auction Sunday from 9am.

Vendors who want to submit items for auction can deliver them to our rooms Monday to Wednesday between 9am and 5pm. Appointments are necessary outside of those hours. We are happy to discuss pick-up options in special situations. We provide vendors with a receipt for the items they submit and then we auction those items as soon as possible.

The Commission fee for selling goods is 16.5% (including GST). This fee covers the administrative costs of receiving goods, setting-up the items for auction, advertising and conducting the auctioning.

Vendors receive payment and a receipt detailing the sale, 10 working days after their items have been sold.

Buyers pay a Premium of 16.5% (including GST) on top of the hammer price.

Victoria House Auctions also specialize in On Site auctions. These include farm clearance auctions (machinery, equipment, tools, etc) business clearances and house contents auctions.

We are always willing to discuss the most appropriate form of auction for items that you may have for sale. Please phone us to discuss your needs and to receive an appraisal of the items that you wish to auction.
